“I met up with Taj and pilot Luke Wylie at Perth Airport at 5am,” explains WA photog Jamie Scott of this day in early September. “We loaded up Luke’s Cessna Conquest and we were on our way. When we arrived, the tide was a bit low, so we watched for half-hour. As the water filled in the reef, a couple of bombs rumbled down the lineup and that was it…we were out there.
